The Northwest Hills Council of Governments is seeking the services of a qualified transportation planning and engineering firm to conduct a Corridor Management Study of East Main Street (Route 202) in Torrington, CT. Consultant services are required to address safety and congestion issues, transit system accessibility, pedestrian/bicycle mobility, and travel demand growth.
