The October 29th “5th Thursdays” Forum on “Planning for Economic Recovery” has been postponed. New date TBD. Our 21-town region was recently awarded $400,000 in CARES Act funding from the U.S. Economic Development Administration. This funding will be used to implement our region’s economic development strategy and assist our towns and small businesses with economic recovery and resiliency efforts. Many of our towns’ Plans of Conservation & Development have included the need to attract young families, address broadband needs, and support local businesses. Hear more specifically how we plan to deploy this funding to address these issues and how your town can participate.
