This forum will be held via: Zoom. FMI and to RSVP contact Jocelyn. Nine towns in our region have received funding to create a municipal affordable housing plan. All our towns are required by State Statute to have such a plan. We’ll cover what should be in a town housing plan, the process that can be used to develop the plan, and some ideas and examples of goals and strategies. We’ll also check in on Desegregate CT and the zoning reforms they are proposing to try to expand housing diversity and increase housing supply.
