North West Connect (NWCONNect) is a private non-profit corporation working to create a fiber optic telecommunications network in the northwest region of Connecticut and a significant upgrade of the region’s mobile telephone network. NWCONNect seeks a project coordinator consultant to oversee some area studies preliminary to such a network and manage a series of community outreach programs designed to both inform our communities of our activities and promote the benefits of a new network for the region.
