Buyer and agricultural producer surveys have been in the field for several weeks, and we have seen a tremendous response rate and high interest in getting a food hub developed in this region. Based on this enthusiasm, we are hosting an event from 5PM-7PM on Monday, September 21st, 2015. This event will bring together interested producers, buyers, community leaders and other food systems stakeholders. Attendees will have a chance to learn more about the food hub study, ask questions, and provide in-person feedback to shape the direction of the hub.
