Residents in the towns of Barkhamsted, Colebrook, Goshen, Hartland, Harwinton, Litchfield, Morris, New Hartford, Norfolk, Torrington and Winchester are being asked for their input on how recent storm events have affected their homes, businesses, or towns.
Click here to complete an online survey. Suggestions on how damage from future storm events can be minimized are also being requested. This information will be used to update the region’s “Litchfield Hills Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan” so that area towns can pursue appropriate mitigation measures and remain eligible to receive federal hazard mitigation funding.
